IR  RACING  RULES

 

To start off i would like to thank all of you for taking part in our DTR2 series races on XCR VENT(Thank You XCR for letting us use your server to host this) That said we have a few rules, We are all here to race have fun and enjoy the company of other drivers,Things happen fast on the race track,sometimes we cant control the outcome 

of a driver error it happens to all of us and inturn causes a wreck,We at IR would like all of you to remember this..

 

 

             THE GATES ARE CLOSED

               

IR  Series  please get to track early we close the gates at 10 min before race time, make sure your in chat on vent by this time if you want to race, if you are not in chat you will tag heats, if host of the series for asked before the start. 

 

 

              LINEUP/LAPS

 

IR  uses a random line up for heat races, the mains are set by finish order of heats. Laps are to be set as follows.... Heat Races  10 laps  2 restarts 1st lap only.....Dash 6 laps 0 restarts.....D and C Main 12 laps 2 restarts 1st lap only.....B Main 15 laps 2 restarts  1st lap only....Amain 40 laps 2 restarts 1st lap only.  1 or 2, 3 lap hots before the race  

 

     

          SUBSTITUTION OF DRIVERS

 

We at IR  will not let another driver stand in as a substitute, during a points event for any reason,We at IR feel that when running for a points championship you as the driver must be the one to earn the points,we do understand  things happen and sometimes you cant be here but in same sence we think it would be unfair to the drivers that are able to start and run every week for points, Sorry to everyone but we will not bend the rule for anyone for any reason.

 

 

            TRACK  RULES

 

RUFF DRIVING its racing we are on dirt alittle banging happens sometime we get turned,but to drive over some one is uncalled for and at IR we will not put up with it   ( POWER DRIVING) (running over someone to advance your spot) pushing a car off the berm of track or into a turn with no intent on letting off the gas to wreck another driver ,cross driving the track (all over the place) cause you want to wreck someone cause you are having a bad race day or you want to take out another driver to get even

,All race replays will be saved by the host of the channel if needed for review, in the event a driver cant follow the rules above,The Series director will make the final call after review of replay. If it is found that a driver was (POWER DRIVING)  the driver will be removed from the nights race with 0 points, put on 30 days probation and lose 25 points. The 2nd time it happens the driver will be removed from IR series.(CUSSING RUDE MOUTH) we all cus now and then it happens,but we haft to remember that kids race here to,if a driver cant controll his/her mouth they will be asked to stop by host of the race channel or the host of the series,if the driver still keeps going they will be moved to another channel and allowed to still race,after this if they calm down they will be allowed to return to the next race channel,if the driver can not calm down after this they could be removed from the race, None of us want this to happen to any of us,so lets try to race clean and enjoy the racing.

 

                                       CHEATING

 

Cheating is frowned apon in DTR2,most Teams have set rules for cheaters,and most say the same IF YOU CHEAT YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM IR SERIES,hypershifting or any other form of cheating is not permitted and you will be banned until we see fit.

After the race host says hwg no speaking allowed during the race,just respect to other drivers,

 

 

                              FIGHTING 

 

We are here to have fun and enjoy the racing if the rules above are followed it should remain fun,but we all know that with racing comes tempers, that being said lets try to keep it down if you have a problem with another driver we understand saying something,at the same time it can go to far, if the series host thinks this is the case you may be moved to another channel to sit by youself or asked to leave for the night, with the points you earned allowed to keep, if it becomes a every week problem with same driver  that driver will be removed the series.

 

 

 

                                   PING

 

if a driver has a ping of 150 of higher they will be asked to try and fix  it and have a 5 minute grace peroid to do so.
if the driver cannot get the issue fixed within the 5 minutes  the race director has the option to run without said driver.
